With the expansion of modern industrial production scale and automation increased, computer control systems in modern industry is increasing. Because digital valve can be digitally direct controlled, therefore the application of digital valves in modern industry is more widely. Digital hydraulic valve using computer-controlled is a future direction of technology development.This paper focuses on the principles and bodies of high performance digital valve, while it is simplified and modeled, and the principle and characteristics of the classic high-performance digital valve control algorithm(vector control algorithm, dual-loop control algorithm) are detailed analyzed and studied.according to the analysis, the prior continuous closed-loop algorithm of traditional high-performance digital valve made is proposed. In the second part, the principle and implementation methods of continuous tracking algorithm and PID algorithm are studied, while the PID algorithm at digital valves case is studies, and on the basis of our own analysis, prior continuous closed loop algorithms.In the third part, the hardware structure and algorithms of TMS320F2812 are detailed proposed. The PWM hardware is introduced, since digital control needs to be driven, so the chopper drive is detailed researched and analysis. In the last part, mainly through designing methods, the priori continuous closed-loop control algorithm based on DSP is tested, by testing their static characteristics and dynamic characteristics, and the effectiveness and feasibility of prior continuous closed-loop algorithm are proved.
