The research of digitization of the quartz flexible accelerometer has gradually become a new trend of development of the quartz flexible accelerometer for its strong anti-jamming capability and ease of integration. And the core of digitization is the research of digital control algorithm. A closed-loop control algorithm of discretization of the quartz flexible accelerometer is researched in this paper. It has also compared the control effect of different control algorithm, aiming at improving the performance of the accelerometer through the amelioration of control algorithm.In view of the design of a closed-loop control algorithm of discretization of the quartz flexible accelerometer, the following researches have been done in this paper.(1)The mathematical modeling of pendulous reed of the header. The modeling of header is the premise of design of the appropriate control algorithm, whether the modeling is accurate or not can directly influence the control effect of control algorithm. The method of time domain modeling is adopted to analyze the step response curve of the header and obtain the mathematical model of the generalized header including the detection circuit.(2)The design of the digital control algorithm. The design of the digital control algorithm is the core of a closed-loop control algorithm of discretization of the quartz flexible accelerometer. This paper, in the view of direct synthesis technique and indirect synthesis technique of the digital controller, selected the ripple-free deadbeat control algorithm and the PID control algorithms as the representation of the two methods. Matlab simulation, aiming at comparing the control effect of the two control algorithm, is conducted at the first time, and then the control effect is verified through experiments.
