With the development of wireless technology and microelectronic devices, energy harvesting attracted more and more attention. By combining with the low-power devices, the scope of application of the energy collection devices gets a good expansion. The piezoelectric energy collection devices have been widely applied for the simple structure, clean and green and easy to miniaturization.This paper based on the knowledge of piezoelectric theory and permanent magnet repulsion presents a windmill piezoelectric energy collecting device and makes it. In the process of preparation, we verify the feasibility of solution by using theoretical analysis, software simulation and the method of experimental research. Finally, the article studied the energy collection circuit. The main research contents include:1. The article summarizes the present situation of the piezoelectric power generation device at home and abroad and the development prospect, analyzes and summarizes the necessity of researching this device.2. The theory knowledge including piezoelectric materials, the piezoelectric parameter and piezoelectric element electromechanical conversion principle are expounded.Academic analysis of the impact of electricity from the piezoelectric vibrator support, incentives and the position of piezoelectric ceramic, providing theory support for the device structure design and then choosing the appropriate piezoelectric vibrator.3. The simulation studies the relationship between the substrate material, size of the piezoelectric vibrator and electricity by the software of comsol, in order to find out the optimal value and lay the foundation for equipment preparation and optimization.4. The design scheme of one windmill piezoelectric cantilever structure for energy harvest is given, and it is also fabricated. Experimental study is made to analyze the permanent magnet repulsion and different piezoelectric vibrator resonance frequency and the situation of energy harvesting from the device.5. Based on the analysis on various energy collection circuits, design the circuit for this device and validate the overall effect.The device’s innovation is that the vibration energy transfers through non-contact permanent magnetic repulsive force, to avoid the energy consumption by mechanical transmission and prolong the service life of the device. In addition, the piezoelectric vibrator designed in different thickness, ensures that the device can work efficient under the wide belt. In order to achieve better effect of collection, the creative design of device energy collection circuit is also made.
