| Rolling bearing cage is an important part, its trajectory and dynamic performance has a direct impact on the rolling bearing rotation accuracy. From the cage trajectory angle measured, analyzed the motion of the components of the relationship between the bearing and the bearing retainer of freedom, the establishment of a cage trajectory equation, and its trajectory into the cage axis three-dimensional trajectory and holding frame end surface normal vector trajectory. Especially in the cage in the axial direction of displacement, considering the interaction of a variety of error for the establishment of high-precision measurements of total displacement relationship under various error conditions constituted. Through computer simulations, the trajectory equation of the holder under certain conditions, were solved, and gives the holder axis orbit three-dimensional simulation diagram and end face normal vector trajectories. After the establishment of the trajectory equation and simulation of the cage in the actual measurement issues that need attention, it made possible the measurement program, a brief analysis arranged under different measurement conditions and sensors.
