| With the rapid development of national economy, energy saving work is paid more and more attention. As a main power equipment in mine production, fuel injection screw air compressor during the large amount of heat generated direct emissions into the air, this not only wastes energy, also pollutes the environment. so we must study the corresponding waste heat utilization technology.This thesis reviews the basic situation of technology research of utilization of domestic and foreign air compressor waste heat, defines t he problem and development direction of the field of existence, and lays the research foundation. This thesis analyzes the working principle of the injection screw air compressor. And based on theory of thermodynamics, air compression process has carried o n the detailed analysis, which theoretically determine the compressor efficiency of utilization of waste heat recovery, and also analyzes the main factors influencing the waste heat utilization efficiency. This thesis does the study of various air compres sor waste heat utilization system forms, advantages and disadvantages, the adaptation range, main equipment selection calculation method. Research is mainly focused on the application of air-cooled heat recycling system in northern cooling hot air recyclin g air volume calculation method.With a specific engineering as an example, this thesis does the design of waste heat utilization system of the air compressor, equipment selection and economic analysis. Through the use of the surplus heat utilizing system to solve the key problem of lack of the engineering load, greatly reducing the cost of equipment operation, 87 million kilowatt hours of electricity each year. Has a good energy saving and environmental protection value. The paper research content and conc lusions of waste heat utilization technology of air compressor has certain reference value for engineering applications. |
