In this paper, ANSYS finite element software to analyze the influence of different structural parameters Corrugated Gasket its comprehensive performance, provide a reference for the production of gaskets and standards. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the basic principle of the gasket seal, gasket metal wave tooth structure, characteristics and usage. A brief introduction to the analysis of the performance of the three methods, namely the gasket application of theoretical analysis and calculation method, the test assay, numerical simulation analysis.Secondly, Under the conditions of the external load of 45 MPa, using ANSYS finite element analysis software for structural parameters of multiple sets of different stress corrugated metal gaskets are simulated, to obtained Corrugated metal gasket structural parameters on the mechanical properties of the results. The results show: under the action of the same load, with the increase of the addendum of the tooth tip width extreme stress decreased, Addendum to the Corrugated ring stress homogenization, emergency focus blunts, increasing the tooth tip stress values. With the increase in the width of the addendum stress concentration decreased over the process, changes Corrugated depth of the addendum from the effects of stress concentration decreased significantly, changes in the radius of the addendum from the effects of reduced stress concentration is not obvious.Finally, Under the operating pressure of 6.4MPa, a set of corrugated metal shim different structural parameters were compression rate and spring rate. The results show that: under the same load, Corrugated metal gasket compression rate increases to reduce the width of the addendum, the spring rate increases addendum width increases; when the addendum width of about 0.2mm gasket has good compression resilience, integrated sealing performance is best at this time.
