Elastic Layered System has been applied in highway pavement design at first, and application in high-speed freight heavy haul railway subgrade design is rare. This article learns from the valuable ideas of the Elastic Layered System theory that can get the Two-dimensional Elastic Layered System theory formulas under rectangular coordinate system. This article is dedicated to the study using the theory of Two-dimensional Elastic Layered System theory to derive the stress and displacement formulas.Railway subgrade generally consists of the foundation bed surface, roadbed of, subgrade body, then we can see the structure under the track as elastic layered system. This paper deduces the Elastic Layered System theory which mainly refers to the solving method proposed by Professor Wang, Southeast University of China. In the theory, the interfacial state is supposed as complete continuity state, and it studies theoretical calculation formula under uniaxial load, and the Fourier Transform is the key link of the formulas. This paper also uses a numerical algorithm for solving complex single integral, so it can solve the stress and displacement more quickly. The use of Matlab software saves the calculation time greatly. At first, this paper calculates the stresses of track, mainly studies the vehicle load that applies on the sleeper how to split, and then calculates the stresses transfer in the ballast. In this paper, according to the load sharing ratio, train load assigns to the sleeper, and then passes to the roadbed surface by track, forming five effects of different loads, as the subgrade calculating dynamic loads. Two-dimensional elastic layered system theory is used to get the formulas for calculating stresses and displacements in the layered foundation. Finally, in order to verify the accuracy of the results, comparing with the data extracted from ABAQUS software.
