This paper focuses on saturated layered half-space foundation and orthotropic plate interaction problem.In this paper, from the existing two-phase medium Biot wave equation, by introducing the displacement function, combined with the Cauchy-Riemann conditions, in the Cartesian coordinate system, on saturated layered half-space soil Biot wave equation transformed into two decoupled equations obtained using the double Fourier transform to realize the wave equation. On this basis, by introducing the state vectors, the corresponding equations were established and the transfer matrix were obtained. Then combined with the boundary conditions,discussed saturated layered half-space taking into account the surface drainage and surface drainage is not under the soil surface displacement of the dynamic response. And based on plate of theory, the control equations of orthotropic rectangular plates are obtained.Then combined the boundary conditions and coordinate conditions of the foundation-medium thickness's plate interaction, the control of the interaction of the model equations are obtained, and using the MATLAB programming language. the numerical computation and analysis are conducted.
