Research On Protection And Utilization Of Historical And Stylistic Architectures In Tianjin

Since the industrial revolution,the real problem of "unlivable" of urban environment is becoming visible,with rapid urbanization and more acute social contradictions.In the end of 19 th century,beginning with the concept of Howard’s "Garden City",people started to explore the livable city theory and practice.Until the 21 st century, "livable " eventually became the core of the urban construction and development goals.The livable city theory also had a great impact on all aspects of city life.Historical building and its environment embodies the urban characteristics,and they have positive impacts on economic, cultural, social and other aspects of the practice of the livable city.The protection and utilization of historical building and its environment is one of the most important way for the development of livable city.Therefore,for protection and utilization of Tianjin history building,this thesis will explore some new methods of the application of the livable city theory in its real problems to make full use of historical and stylistic architectures in the construction of Tianjin livable city.In the end,this is an important topic for our deep study.The contents of this thesis consists of three parts.First part, from the livable city construction boom, the promotion of historical and stylistic architectures for livable city,and the current situation of the protection and utilization,to clarify the urgency of the protection of historical and stylistic architectures in Tianjin based on the livable city theory.And to analyze the project ’s potential from the research status in China and abroad.Second part,to clear the process history and connotation of historical building and its environment ’s protection and utilization and livable city theory.Third part,to analyze the interaction and contradiction between the theory of historical building and its environment ’s protection and utilization and the livable city theory.To clarify the significance of historical building and its environment ’s protection and utilization for the construction of livable city.To demonstrate the feasibility of historical building and its environment ’s protection and utilization based on livable city theory.Fourth part,based on the theory research,research problems and sum up the current situation of the protection and utilization of Tianjin historical and stylistic architectures(in clude : museum, commercial, leisure and tourism, as well as residential) from the livable perspective.Fifth part,based on the formal research results and the problem of Tianjin historical and stylistic architectures’ protection and utilization,we should utilize the livable city theory to develop strategy to upgrade the promotion of historical and stylistic architectures for Tianjin livable city construction.This research will direct a bright way for the further development of historical and stylistic architectures’ protection and utilization.
