Study On The Ecological Environment Design Of Public Rental Housing Community In Tianjin

Since 2010 public rental housing construction in Tianjin rapidly, so far to solve the difficult problem of housing for many people. But in demand, high speed situations, ecological design is often overlooked. In the energy crisis, the environmental crisis increasingly serious today, designed to study the ecological environment of public rental housing has become an essential part.In this paper, Tianjin geographical and climatic conditions as the premise, first built and now being built public rental housing settlements to conduct field research and surveys, analyzes the status quo of public rental housing settlements in Tianjin, and proposed the principles of ecological design environment for the existing problems: ecological environment design on the local conditions and priority passive design.In the above-mentioned principles, based on the three aspects of the light environment, the wind environment and landscape environment, Tianjin area of public rental housing settlements ecology design. Optimization of the light environment was conducted by the building toward and architectural layout. Optimization studies of wind environment were conducted by the green means and the arrangement of buildings. And the study of the environmental landscape, from plant cultivation, three-dimensional green, hard flooring, green water recovered four angles propose appropriate recommendations to optimize the ecological environment.Finally, this study applies the theory has now been put into use in public rental housing residential project, to investigate the practical feasibility study from the above light environment, the wind environment, landscape and environmental three areas. Hope this research can provide our researchers to provide a new way of thinking.
