The Dynamic Changes Of Extended Boundary In The Central City Of Small And Medium-Sized Cities In Guanzhong Area Of Shaanxi

Face the continuing to enhance the speed of urbanization, rapid urbanization has brought some problem to urban development, such as population scale expansion, the rapid urban expansion, the incremental construction land is difficult to be controlled, and imbalance in housing and public service facilities supply, and many other problems, these problems caused the city space expanding, at the same time, as the change of urban boundary characteristics and urban internal spatial structure that both caused by expansion, therefore, we have to do research on spatial extension in the central city where carry the core of the political, economic and cultural development.China’s New Urbanization plan put forward to accelerate the development of small and medium-sized cities as the main direction of optimizing the structure of the urban scale, this will cause some conflicts between nature and the Chinese small and medium-sized cities development. Small and medium-sized cities in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province are located in the Wei River plains so that the development characteristics of these cities are different from the other regional. Under the impetus of the new type of urbanization, how to guide and control the city spatial reasonable expansion has already been one of the hard problems that need to be solved urgently for our city planners. A reasonable and orderly expansion of city space fulfill the function of holding ecological condition, building livable city. This article take the small and medium-sized city center city in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province as the research object. Based on the field survey data to and text material of the central city spatial expansion boundary of Weinan, Tongchuan, Huayin, Hancheng and Xingping in Guanzhong area, summarizes the development vitality condition and the characteristics of the boundary in five central city expansion in recent years,and using the methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis and qualitative analysis to do hierarchical classification summary the driving factors which causing boundary extension, and find the driving factors of deep mining, to extract the dominant factor. And finally, based on reality, focus on the future, and in the case of the help of space expanding and the extended boundary to the small and medium-sized city in Guanzhong area in the constantly changing process towards the right target development, the authors propose some measures to control and guide the center city space health extend.Finally, the conclusions of this paper are given, and then we need for further study of thinking the deficiencies and content of this paper.
