Along with the development of the modernization of house building and the implementation of Green Building and Energy-efficient buildings policies, the reform of the structure of walls in the multistory building must be performed. A lot of scholars have been doing numerous researches and testing for the structure of the wall. On this basis, Ministry of Construction Technology Development Promotion Center,School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Building Materials Co., Ltd. Shandong Longxin,China Academy of Building Research and China Association of noise insulation jointly developed the pre-cast sandwich concrete wall panel with cast-in-site end columns.This kind of load-bearing wall panel structure complies with our existing environmental protection policy, energy saving policy and many other policies and solve a major problem of multi-storey residential wallboard innovation. But in this dissertation.it is firstly presented in the world. There is little practical and theoretical studying on the seismic behavior of the bearing-wall. It is not conducive to public widely. There is urgent need of the study in its seismic behavior.According to the testing of pre-cast sandwich concrete wall panel with cast-in-site end columns.,we established the simplified model. Based on the concrete constitutive relationship, the nonlinear finite element analysis of the bearing-wall is made. On the basis of the analysis, their behavior of capacity, rigidity of different Parameters is analysis. And base on the simplified model mentioned above,the three-dimensional space model of three-story pre-cast sandwich concrete wall panel with cast-in-site end columns. structural residence with an area of about 1800 square meters is founded. According to the elastic-plastic history analysis, this kind of structure has a high level of bearing capacity, rigidity and seismic behavior. It can guarantee that the structure will not be damaged under the circumstances of a minor shock and will not collapse under the circumstances of a large earthquake.At last.the seismic acting force of this bearing-wall structures is computed using the simplified method mentioned in the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings.Comparing the results obtained by history analysis with the results got using the simplified method,the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings is suitable for this bearing-wall structure.
