By the development of the building industrialization, a lot of new assembly-type structure suitable to national situation emerge, which have convenient construction, reliable connection, energy dissipation, energy saving and other advantages. Through the seismic behavior test of 6 specimens of the new precast concrete wall, studying on different forms of reinforcement, vertical connection, horizontal connection etc key parameters effect on the failure mechanism and seismic behavior of the wall. Based on the experimental study, establishing nonlinear numerical analysis model and analyzing seismic behavior of the wall on the change of the key parameters. By the plain section assumption, to verify the assumption of plane section and simplify calculation model, the paper presents structure model and bearing capacity calculation formula of the wall. The main content and achievements of this study include:1. Through the 6 blocks 1/2 ratio of the wall under low cyclic loading tests, studying on different forms of reinforcement(Uniform, Tian shape, Jing shape), vertical connection(Welding and Slurry sitting), horizontal connection(Horse tooth trough, T type slot and Rough surface)etc key parameters effect on the failure mechanism and seismic behavior of the wall. The experimental results show that 1) Only SW6 showed bending failure, the remaining 5 pieces of wall occurred bending shear failure. 2)Comparing to other types of reinforced wall, various aspects of Jing tape reinforcement wall show are better. 3) Welding transfer steel stress effectively, better than seating slurry. 4) Edge restriction structural connects the wall into whole. horse tooth trough connection property is better than other connections.2. Based on the experimental study, establishing nonlinear numerical analysis model, the numerical simulation results are compared with experimental results andverify the accuracy of the numerical model. Carried out the numerical analysis based on the change of key parameters, to comparative analysis of vertical edge reinforcement ratio, axial compression ratio, aspect ratio, welding position and quantity etc parameters effect on seismic behavior of the wall. The results show that 1) With the increase of the vertical edge reinforcement ratio, the bearing capacity and ductility of the wall improve slightly. 2) With the increase of axial compression ratio, the bearing capacity of the wall increases gradually, but the ductility decreases. 3) With the increase of the aspect ratio, bending bearing capacity decreases significantly, but the ductility is improved. 4) With the change of the welding position, the bearing capacity and ductility improve slightly, but the welding plate exceeds a certain number, the bearing capacity and ductility decreases slightly.3. Based on the experimental and numerical analysis study, as control section, the bottom wall verify the assumption of plane section. By the plain section assumption and simplify calculation model, the paper presents structure model and bearing capacity calculation formula of the wall. At last suggested the normal section bending bearing capacity reduction coefficient between the assembly type and the cast-in-place structure. The results show that through the bending bearing capacity calculated values and the measured values, reasonable accuracy of the calculation formula of bending bearing capacity of precast concrete wall is proved, which providing a reference for the new precast concrete system structure engineering design.
