The detection range is too small, can not fully reflect the overall building information, resulting in the actual situation from the reformation scheme of building,resulting in a successful recycling project case is very limited, and created many social problems, causing a great negative impact of the city’s image and development,also caused a waste of social production.Therefore, in the thesis, on the basis of providing rational decision for decisionmakers, through the analysis of a large number of relevant research literature, combined with a wide range of national field research and field detecting, expand research on recycling old industrial building projects detection system vulnerability issues, the main research contents include the following aspects:First, for the detection appraisal of industrial buildings, for the first time as a system to appraise and introduce the concept of vulnerability, and strive to solve the reuse of old industrial building projects detection at random, according to the results of the vulnerability appraisal to analysis vulnerability degree and change trend of the project, to provide the basis for decision-makers to choose reasonable scheme, also one of the main basis for later repair and reinforcement.Second, based on sustainable development, with the perspective of system analys is and evaluation of recycling old industrial buildings main factors influencing the detection system, as well as the main indicators for each factor. By selecting detection methods to ensure the accuracy of index value, through the analysis of the reliability appraisal standard of industrial buildings to ensure the quantitative standard of index, in order to provide data source for the establishment of the old industrial building detection system vulnerability model.Third, analysis of standard for reliability appraisal of industrial building and the influence factors of the reuse of old industrial buildings, to establish the vulnerabi lit y appraisal model of old industrial buildings detection system based on the method of Vague set similarity measure, including selection of goals, sub-goals and indexes, this may reflect the process of dynamic change of the vulnerability of the old industr ia l buildings, to take timely measures to ensure the normal operation of the project.Forth, the similarity measure of Vague sets can not only assess the old industria l building level of vulnerability, but also through the similarity value, find the influe nce degree of the indicators of the evaluation target, as well as in the level of developme nt trend, showing a dynamic rating, reflects the information more abundant.
