Study On The Design Of Node Space In The Commercial Complex

With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life in recent years, urban residents in shopping consumption, more and more attention to the diversification of a complex commercial shopping space, quality and comfort, while China’s commercial complex public space is lacking in this aspect, model of a single commercial shopping space already cannot satisfy the consumption demand of consumers, so that the entire business complex construction lack of space. However,space energy has a large extent determines to the consumption value of commercial building.In the public space of the commercial complex, node space is not only commercial complex, the core of the spatial organization, is most closely with the consumer of open space, therefore, the node space of commercial complex design is the core of its space design, the vitality of the node space also affect factors of the commercial complex space vitality. However, due to recent commercial complex building unrestricted, large-scale, high density construction, making the most of the domestic commercial complex building node space "single, empty", more and more commercial complex building has deviated from the trend of dynamic space, more contradictions: pompous, big space, lack of positive space dynamic injection,consumers of the aggregation problem, space comfort decreased, the commercial complex in a dead space, there is no vitality. Therefore, the reasonable node space design, the rich and varied node space will have the great attraction to the consumer,thus enhances the commercial synthesis spatial energy.In this paper, the node space of the commercial complex as the research object, so as to improve the vitality of the target, design principle and design strategy of the node space as the research emphasis in this paper, firstly, the background content ofthe node space are summarized, and the development status of the domestic and the existing problems are analyzed, and then constitute the basis of concepts and categories, study on the factors of node space, node space exploration in the design of demand level, city space building space level and consumer level, the design requirements with the node space, the author made an on-the-spot investigation of the eight typical commercial complex, with a large number of commercial complex case data analysis of the research results, and the initial development of the design strategy,the design principle of node space and the corresponding principle. Finally, through the analysis and research of Xi’an DAMINGGONG Wanda Plaza design example,demonstrate the focus of this research, provide a reference for future commercial complex node space design.In summary, I hope through research on commercial complex node space design,it can on our country commercial complex development and construction to provide some help, to create a comfortable and various node space, and effectively improve the quality of the space of node, for consumers to provide more comfortable public space, and enhance the vitality of the node space of commercial complex and create a unique charm of the city space and architectural space.
