Current China’s rural housing is facing a dilemma, on the one hand, in the process of new rural construction, a lot of villages and towns, and in the process of construction and planning process related construction department in order to complete the government department dispatching task, is not appropriate to consider local characteristics, green building and the local farmers to fundamental demands of the residence, on the other hand, with the gradual improvement of the modern people life level, farmers to live comfort requirements are improved, but part of the current rural residential building can not be very good to satisfy farmers demand for indoor thermal comfort, even betrayed the traditional housing some excellent tradition.The research of independent type cave dwelling buildings, mainly in the guanzhong region in the northeast of weihe plain, the area is densely populated, the new rural construction in full swing, cave is a typical architecture is representative, through research, grasp the region at this stage to existing problems in the cave alone, analysis and optimization of this region’s independent type cave dwelling building indoor physical environment, so as to provide reference for rural residential construction in the region and the basis.First, from the current climate conditions in the region, using energy-saving software Ecotect attached Weathertool climate data analysis, summed up in the region targeted "passive energy saving technology", and then the technical measures may be taken by the comparison analysis.Second, the field investigation, through several typical of the region’s independent type cave building field, puts forward the current independent type cave dwelling building in architectural form in the region, palisade structure, building construction, new energy utilization and so on four aspects suitability energy-saving technologies.Through the way of questionnaire survey, understand the area farmers, wet environment, light environment on the indoor thermal environment, wind environment four sorts of subjective feeling, be mastered the detached cave construction of the indoor thermal comfort conditions.Third, Independent type cave dwelling building indoor light environment study, to evaluate the quality of the indoor light environment analysis, rationalization from the cave painters, facade design, etc., simulation analysis was carried out on the independent type cave indoor light environment, put forward help to improve the independent type cave indoor light environment quality plan.Fourth, to carry on the independent research, cave building indoor thermal environment by instrument measurement, record data, to master the local independent type cave dwelling building indoor heat environment condition;Propose solutions for the heat problem.Fifth, summarizes all aspects involved in the process of research, the defects existing in plain area of weihe river cave advice, design a new type of cave and its compound.Eventually hope this research content for the region in the future independent type cave has reference value and guiding significance for the construction of the building.
