The development of social economy and people’s daily life are affected by bridge structures. With the rapid development of bridge construction, people pay more attention to the safety of the bridge structure under seismic load and blast load. The dynamic response when the reinforced concrete bridge structure in Shenzhen impacted by seismic load and blast load is studied in this paper. The main research works are as follows:(1) Selecting three different seismic waves according to the site where the bridge locates. The elastic and elastic-plastic seismic analysis of reinforced concrete bridge in seven degree fortification E1 and E2 earthquake are conducted in this paper. The nonlinear dynamic response under the consistent input and multi-point input of eight degree fortification high-level earthquake is taken into account, and the results are compared and analyzed.(2) Simulation of air blast loading, the impulse response of reinforced concrete bridge in blasting construction phase is analyzed. Considering the impact of the blast parameters, the impulse response of blast load on single span statically indeterminate beam and continuous beam bridge is calculated and analyzed, the dynamic response characteristics of reinforced concrete bridge under blast loading is got.(3) The nonlinear dynamic response of the bridge under different conditions is analyzed according to the curve of the underground blasting vibration measured acceleration time history. In the analysis the traveling-wave effect on long-span bridges is considered, the dangerous position of the bridge and giving some protective measures based on the results of the analysis are given.
