With the development of micro electromechanical system(MEMS),the role of capsule endoscopy is more and more important in diagnosis of medical treatment,as the two main factors which affect the application and promotion,localization and driven has drew more and more attention.In this paper,a HMC1043-based localization system is designed based on the existing achievements of our research group are studied.By implementing theoretical analysis and experimental research,we made an improvement on the existing capsule endoscopy driven by an outer rotating magnetic field,a new driven system of rotating magnetic field produced by electromagnet is designed,and through the positioning and driven experiment,verified their feasibility.Besides the introduction,the dissertation is composed of five chapters as follows.Firstly,the theory of magnetic dipole model is introduced in detail, simulation analysis on the magnetic field produced by the cylindrical permanent magnet,compared and verified with magnetic dipole model.Introduced the linear and nonlinear algorithm in magnetic localization,then an inverse calculation method which used by this paper was deduced in detail.Introduced the principle of a rotating magnetic field driving capsule endoscopy.Secondly,designed the hardware module of the magnetic positioning system,mainly is the signal conditioning circuit,including the sensor setting/resetting circuit,bridge offset compensation circuit, filter circuit and amplification circuit.And finally the integrated circuit Module was realized.Tested the static characteristics of the magnetic sensor,obtained the relation curve of the magnetic field and the output voltage,and some other important parameters like sensitivity and linearity.Thirdly,designed the software module of the magnetic positioning system,mainly through programming in Lab VIEW.Including the initialization of the data acquisition card and ADC,program-controlled setting of the sampling frequency and sampling length,double digital waveform display program and data storage function.Fourthly,tested the integrated circuit Module,and compared with the magnetic dipole theoretical value.Designed the elliptic sensor array platform,then localization experiments have been carried out.Designed the driven platform,on which the electromagnet produce a rotating magnetic field,driven and localization experiment was carried out and the result was analyzed.In this paper,a lot of work in magnetic localization and driven has been done,but therestill exists some deficiencies,need to be improved in the future.
