Military equipment has the characteristic of "long-term storage, one shot", Analyze and evaluate its reliability during storage is important to ensure national defense and security. Currently, the method of predicting equipment’s reliability during storage is time-consuming and heavy workload, It is difficult to obtain data and can’t provide the guide to improve work effectively. It is imperative to find a method to analyze the equipment’s reliability during a short periods of time. This paper,we can analysis the component’s failure mechanisms and failure mode through the accelerated degradation test.Based on establishing the component’s reliability analysis model, Proposing a method of analysis the equipment’s reliability during long term storage, and developing the appropriate software platform to analysis equipment’s reliability during storage.Firstly, the components subject to a variety of environmental stress during storage. and those products will have certain dispersion due to the impact of raw materials, processing and other factors. Products will exhibit various failure modes. In order to obtain the component’s comprehensive information about reliability in a short time. This article proposed a general method to accelerate the storage test based on depth research and analysis the technology of accelerated degradation test, and the general method FMMEA technology. Two processing algorithm programs were designed based on the track of component’s degeneration and the data of random process of degradation Those two different methods were compared and reasonable recommendations are gived. Then analysis the competitive relationship between products of different failure modes. We can get the quantitative description of underlying component’s failure mode and failure mechanism at last.Secondly,based on the quantitative description of underlying component’s failure mode and failure mechanism. Improved the traditional method of FMMEA to descript the failure mechanisms and modes of equipment. Combined the method of FTA and the traditional methods of reliability block diagram to provide a method of FMMEA-FTA, completing the evaluation of equipment’s reliability and the prediction of equipment’s failure probability.Then, based on those reliability theoretical, this subject set up a storage reliability analysis software platform is based on the underlying components of the electronic system degradation model by Visual C ++ Make Contribution to promote the method of analysis equipment’s reliability further practical and instrumental.Finally, this paper analysis a type of military relay control box’s storage reliability and give its storage reliability results. In order to verify the feasibility of the method, we comparing the natural storage life data which provided by the manufacturers of the products and our results. The related theory and techniques of electronic system storage reliability in this paper also can be used to the reliability assessment of other system. |
