In this dissertation, the inherent reliability of MLCC is analyzed, and the advice of improving on weakness of MLCC was promoted. Based on the finish of tackling key problems, the accelerated degenerate life test of MLCC was established, the life degenerate data was analyzed by using linearity degenerate model, then the fake forecast life was calculated on condition to give fake invalidation threshold value. For the sake of validating the veracity of forecast life, we calculated the data of accelerated and normal temperature stored using the method of Weibull distribution and GM(1,1) grey system, the result indicated that the accelerated degenerate life test based on fake invalidation threshold value was valid and feasible, the test could obtain parameter degradation in the bound of given life. Compared to usual accelerated storage life test based on failure statistics, the test was more suitable to engineering application.The main achievements of the dissertation are as follows.(1) Aim at the structure of MLCC,the weakness was analyzed. By means of summarizing the failure causes of MLCC, the advice of improving MLCC craftwork was promoted. The precondition to evaluate the storage reliability of MLCC was that the weakness of MLCC was under control, namely, MLCC was high reliability product.(2) High reliability product’s failure rate was low, the accelerated degenerate life test of high reliability MLCC was established. The life degenerate data was analyzed by using linearity degenerate model, then the fake forecast life was calculated on condition to given fake invalidation threshold value.(3) By means of establishing reversed relation model, the veracity of high test data was validated. The result of linearity model was consistent to that of Weibull distribution and GM(1,1) grey system.
