In order to improve the Harbin city multi-storey residential district outdoor space interior microclimate environment of comfort, to improve the existing residential living conditions, for Harbin multi-storey residential district building layout design strategy to provide reliable, the application of computer simulation software for a variety of modes of architectural layout types are numerically simulated.First through the systemic analysis in Harbin city climate situation, the multilayer residential district building layout characteristics and influencing factors, the present situation in the multi-storey residential district building layout and the type, the multi-storey residential district building layout in Harbin area types were divided. Get three main layout types, namely, the determinant, jewels, hybrid architecture pattern. Secondly, on the microclimate environment selection and validation, simulation software to find suitable for multi-storey residential district microclimate simulation in Harbin, the numerical simulation software, and layout simulation objects were determined. Then for a variety of classification mode architecture layout types are numerically simulated and specific data are obtained. Finally, based on the current living environment comfort evaluation standards of the state of micro climate environment comprehensive comparison of different types of building layout. Through the contrast results of various pattern further, Harbin multi-storey residential district building layout strategy is proposed and verified the effectiveness of relevant policies.Simulation results show that the determinant better overall micro climate environment, architectural layout mode except pure determinant in 4 kinds of layout mode, method, average wind speed of the other three pattern is low, the wind speed 1.58 m/s ~ 1.74 m/s; Wai jewels architectural layout pattern whole microclimate environment is poorer, four kinds of layout mode of A, B two modes regardless of winter monsoon environment or summer temperature humidity environment at lower levels; Hybrid architecture pattern whole microclimate environment is moderate, both side of the second layout mode with cubic construction to surround close, the winter wind environment is good, the average wind speed 1.52 m/s, the whole microclimate is second only to the determinant of the second layout mode.This article through to the various types of architectural layout model simulation, using the living environment evaluation standard to all kinds of layout patterns of micro climate environment level were compared, and the overall level of quality. Based on these types of architectural layout simulation and comparison, the final response to the Harbin city area of multi-storey residential district building layout related strategies, including from the winter monsoon environment layout optimization strategy and the summer temperature and humidity environment layout optimization strategy and coordination of winter and summer quarter climate environment layout optimization strategy three aspects put forward concrete building layout policy. Put forward to the winter environment, try not to use pure determinant layout mode; For summer environment, mainly adopts the layout of the low temperature humidity index model; To coordinate the winter and summer environment, try not to use lower both quarter climate pattern. In addition to validation of relevant policies, to further prove that the presented construction layout optimization strategy has certain applicability.
