| In order to speed up the development of housing industrialization, people pay more attention on the steel structure which is economic, environmentally friendly and energy saving. For the development of the steel structure housing, the connection between the retaining wall and the steel structure is one of the most important influence factors. Practical engineering project proved that when the connection between the retaining wall and the steel structure frame is reliable, it can not only undertake the weight of the retaining wall and the wind load applied on the retaining wall, but also provide part of the lateral stiffness when the earthquake occurs. And it can also improve the seismic energy dissipation capacity of the structure to a certain extent. This paper choose the light steel slotted stud wall which is lightweight and environmentally friendly to be the retaining wall of the steel frame structure, design the connection between the wall and steel frame, and then examine it by tests and finite element analysis. The main work is as follows:(1) When using the light steel slotted stud wall to be the retaining wall of the steel frame structure, this paper put forward the preliminary design scheme about the connection between walls, the connection between the wall and the frame beam, the connection between the wall and the frame column, the connection between the wall and the floor, the construction method of the door and window frame, the install method of the wiring tube inside the wall and the construction method of the parapet walls.(2) Design and processing the full-scale steel frame and assembly the standard unit of the light steel slotted stud wall. Do the static load test to simulate the wind pressure on the connection between the walls and the connection between the wall and the frame beam using dovetail screw. Do the static load test to simulate the wind suction on the connection between the wall and the frame beam using long screw. Observe the buckling failure process of the skeleton structure of the wall in the loading process. Observe and analysis the failure mode of the connection and study on the reliability of the design connection.(3) Use the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to model the wall unit, contrast the load displacement curve of the mid-span of the test wall unit with the finite element analysis results.(4) By using the method of finite element simulation, apply the monotonic horizontal load and low-frequency cyclic load on the integral structure, discuss when changing the factors like the light steel slotted stud wall hung on the steel frame or embedded in the steel frame, the wall with and without surface plate, the materials of the surface plate, how it works to affect the side resistance of the structure and energy dissipation capacity in seismic action. |
