Our country “public building energy efficiency design standards”of energy consumption influence factors have scope requirements,such as public building palisade structure heat transfer coefficient ratio,window wall than,the window shading coefficient; unit of air conditioning system under different rated refrigerating capacity have performance parameters of the limit regulation;the fan unit volume power consumption and water system transmission efficiency have calculating method and limit.But for the choice of public building air conditioning system design did not make clear a regulation,the impact of different design schemes on public buildings energy consumption related literature are rarely reported.Due to the same public buildings has different forms of air conditioning system,the energy consumption have difference bigger,so how to choose the low energy consumption and energy efficient air conditioning system is the key point of this research, the conclutions on the development of public building energy efficiency have important significance.This paper takes public buildings in hot summer and cold winter area air conditioning system as the research object,establish the air conditioning system design improved colligate energy efficiency rate CEERL mathematical model for the analysis of different air conditioning system design scheme(such as different forms of cold source,water system and terminal end,etc.)colligate energy efficiency,provide powerful basis for in-depth development of the public building energy efficiency.Research contents include:first, establish five construction plane of triangle,rectangle(aspect ratio of 2:1), rectangle(aspect ratio of 4:3),square,round shape of palisade structure of energy consumption calculation model,for the five types of energy consumption calculation model(35 based model) under different shape coefficient,toward window wall ratio,building orientation,toward shading coefficient for the all-year hourly load of simulation calculation using De ST software,and analysis to get the influence law between the four energy consumption influence factors and air conditioning thermal and cold energy consumption.Second,establish mathematical model of the enclosure structure saving-energy design evaluation,based on Microsoft Excel compile public building energy efficiency design evaluation software,using home-made software for building saving-energy design evaluation and energy consumption impact factors of coupling analysis. Third,from the literatures to collect statistics of the air conditioning engineering cases of more than 100 cases,through the air conditioning system forms and related data(including:building information form,the form of cooling and heat sources,water system,terminal end,hot and cold load index,etc.)of analysis,conclude the relationship between the air conditioning system forms and construction of thermotechnical design partition,building types,building height,room air conditioning load and the room of function;Combination with the engineering case,this paper analyzes the five kinds of central air conditioning system(conventional electric refrigeration and air conditioning system,lithium bromide absorption air conditioning system,heat pump air conditioning system,ice storage air conditioning system,air cooled air conditioning system)in the economy and energy consumption.Fourth,establish the air conditioning system design colligate energy efficiency rate CEERL mathematical model,determined calculation method of the energy consumption of air conditioning equipment under partial load,and analyze the energy consumption of the main energy consumption equipment(water chiller, water pump)of air conditioning system of part load condition,and using engineering examples to do different forms of air conditioning system energy efficiency evaluation analysis.
