Study On Renovation Of Urban Old Park In China

With the steps to the new period, our country has attached more importance on quality than quantity when developing amount of urban parks and started to pay attention to reform the urban old parks which had the phenomenon of "comprehensive aging" because of their ages. However, when our old parks is showing their time limitation and people are making blind transformation, separating the historical context and emotional memory of the old parks, people are living their lives in diversity so that the management mode has started to change. This situation has brought the unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the urban old parks of our country.This paper, combined with the characteristics of urban old parks in our country, has made the research based on the above background. There are 5 chapters in this paper in a logical sequence of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems.The first chapter is Introduction, the putting forward part, which has introduced the background, significance, methods and contents of the study and set the frame for the paper.The second chapter is the analyzing part, which has introduced the rise of our urban parks, including its development history and stage characteristics, summed the current trend of urban parks, analyzed its own existing problems and transforming misunderstanding and further given the basis for the incoming transformation.The third and fourth chapters are the solving parts. The third one has put forward the detailed transformation Strategy for our urban old parks via adjusting the overall system and reforming the scenery factors. The fourth one is an empirical case. This part has selected the typical urban old park, E’ling Park, as an example to apply the strategy to practice.The fifth part is the conclusion, which has summed the problems and envisioned the future of the urban old parks in our country.
