At present the defense industry generally use threaded coupling between components screw thread connection. Because of its simple structure and reliable connection, it plays an important role in the assembly. In the projectile assembly process in the defense industry, projectile threaded connection quality is directly connected with the safety of equipment and personnel. Although the problem of projectile assembly sealed tight has been widely researched recently and projectile sealed tight quality got certain control, but generally used semi-automatic equipment. This paper is committed to providing a projectile intelligent screw machine, realize the monitoring of the process of projectile tighten, complete o-rings precisely control of the amount of compression, which can be used in the defense industry projectile on the assembly line.In view of the projectile tighten machine control mode is more, this paper firstly explains the tight and tight control, analyze the tight curve and its quality evaluation, based on extraction of literature at home and abroad, summarizes the tight control technology research status quo and tighten the control system of the engineering status quo, determine the tight corner method as the tightening process and industrial computer and PLC as the control scheme of combination; Secondly, in view of the projectile smart tighten machine control functions and technical index, key problems involved in the control system of clamping fixtures and tight mechanism for detailed requirements is analyzed, in this paper torque- angle method of tight process is used to implement the o-rings compressed volume control, research the control system principle model, and establishes the overall architecture of control system; Lastly, in view of the projectile intelligent tighten machine working principle of the control system model, this paper research the step- speed algorithm and angle-zero algorithm, completed the step- speed algorithm program design and angle-zero algorithm program design, designs the control system hardware and software, and according to the control system running data analyzes and summarizes the validity of angle- zero algorithm and the projectile sealing effect.In this paper, through the design and implementation of the projectile intelligent tighten machine control system, a data management system is established, the parameters of the projectile, quality data has carried on the classification and storage, solves the difficult problem in management because of wide variety of projectiles; Besides, the control system of the device of tighten projectile is designed and established the concept of point of zero, completes the implementation of projectile by coupling a precise control for the displacement of o-rings and the field test results verifies the correctness of the research contents in this paper.
