Along with market competition intensifying, the products which have had better appearance, quality, and can even create new market are more likely to gain the favor of customers. The developer of products such as traditional manufacturing companies, design companies or institutions, and even individuals who perhaps are lack of resources like technology, funds, talents or product development professional knowledge can use the network designing and manufacturing resources to develop new products with high efficiency, high quality and low cost due to the enhancing of each link of the segmentation in product life cycle and the growing segment of product development in design and manufacture. The key that new products developer use network resources to develop new products is service resource requirements can find the counterpart of resource services, in other words, the successfully implement of the accurate matching between resource service requirements and resource services. Due to the design and manufacturing resources supply and demand information not unobstructed and heterogeneous, also designing and manufacturing resources scattered, it is necessary to unify new product development resources modeling and implement new product development resources matching method. Indeed, this paper discussed the modeling and matching method of the new product development resources, getting the following research results:Firstly, found the new product development resources unification model based on ontology. By adopting the idea of ontology, implemented the construction of new product development resources ontology model through dividing resource concept into three dimensions of the concept included entity type, development node and product type.Secondly, found a hybrid way to release resources requirement information and ontology model extraction, also getting the corresponding ways to instantiate new product development resources. And proposed a single resource matching similarity degree calculate method that could measure the matching degree between resource services and resource requirements.Thirdly, got the solution to deal with complex and not well subdivided resource requirements by using dynamic alliance based on the pattern of total subcontracting and combination of automatic resource.Fourthly, studied the implementation of new product development resources matching method, also got the business model and the technical architecture and function structure of new product development resource service cloud platform. Simultaneously, proposed the detail implement process of matching method, also validated the feasibility and effectiveness of new product development resources matching method by case. |
