A Preliminary Study Of Contractual System Designing Of Construction Project Based On BIM

Building Information model(Building Information Modeling BIM)(hereinafter referred to as the BIM),as a new technology,is gradually changing the development of construction industry. BIM integrates the physical characteristic construction project and functional characteristics of the digital model, with its intelligent, digital and model information relevance, etc, create a facilitate information exchange platform for the construction of the project participants, and to all the stages of life to provide construction project decision-making, management, and sufficient information. Contract for construction project system refers to the individual contract by many mutually related collection form a unified whole, is the important foundation to realize project goals, at the same time, is the concentrated embodiment of the project management process and project construction. The emergence of BIM technology and application has changed the traditional construction project a confrontation between the parties, the relationship between fracture, at the same time had an impact on the original construction engineering system of the risk and profit distribution pattern, also, put forward new challenge for the production organization of traditional construction method and the way of project management. Based on the existing system of contract for construction project implementation of BIM construction engineering projects, the lack of available contract and legal aspects of effective support, in fact, that is, hindered the effective application in the project of BIM technology. Therefore, there is a need to be adapted with BIM technology environment of the new system of construction project contract, to effectively improve the BIM technology in construction project in the practical application of results.The paper expounds the BIM technology associated with the system of contract for construction project the basic theory and analysis of research, analysis, by using literature research and theory analysis. This paper expounds the system of contract for construction project based on BIM technology environment of theoretical significance and practical value. Based on literature research and the analysis, this paper put forward the system of contract for construction project that involved in the process of basic elements, on this basis, the use of theoretical analysis and system analysis method, the preliminary contract for construction project based on BIM technology environment system design framework, the basic process and the existing in the existing system of contract for construction project in our country do not conform to the requirements of the BIM technology environment,therefore related issue improvement countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
