The Research On Building Reconstruction Design Based On The Perspective Of The Historical Settlement Space Morphology

The formation of the historical settlements is an extroverted performance of settlements on people’s ways of living and producing. Nevertheless, in recent years, as the change of the times and the development of the national economic construction, people’s ways of living and producing and social concepts come to change. Especially the construction of socialism new countryside started in 2006 gives rise to the in-depth reform of our country’s rural construction, and meanwhile puts the historical settlements in a dilemma of protection and development. The old settlement space morphology has not applied to the new ways of living and producing no longer, but the new development cannot change subversively in a hard landing, which are the problems the historical settlement must confront in the modern development.Firstly, this essay learns and uses the research results and practical examples on the settlements at home and abroad, combining with the documental materials from Huangling Settlement in Junshan Town and summarizing the evolvement mechanism and driving forces for evolution of Huangling Settlement. Secondly, through field research, this essay makes a detailed record and analysis of the space morphology of Huangling Settlement from the macroscopic, middle and microscopic levels. Finally, based on the developmental features of the evolvement mechanism and driving forces, this essay puts forward the organic renewal design mechanism with field research, renovating and designing the buildings in the settlement space morphology.
