Study On Settlement Characteristics Of Variable Rigidity Composite Foundation

Using composite foundation in foundation treatment is a very common practice. This paper did some study on settlement characteristics of composite foundation by using the finite element analysis software.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)The model under uniform and non-uniform loads was established by using ANSYS.(2) The settlement of raft foundation and different depth with the changing of core area and pile length were studied under uniform and non-uniform load.(3) Bending moment of raft and axial force of pile were studied.(4) Regular analysis of raft was done with the position changing of largest load.By studying the uniform and non-uniform settlement of CFG pile composite foundation under the load characteristics, it is concluded that the differential settlement can be reduced through the reasonable core area and pile length. For this article, no matter uniform load or non-uniform load, the core area of 30% of the region is is the most economic and reasonable.
