Partial discharge detection is an important measure to ensure and maintain the normal operation of the power system. And an important means of ultrasound to detect a partial discharge detection, by virtue of its high sensitivity, location and other characteristics can be obtained in recent years, the rapid development of attention. However, partial discharge ultrasonic sensor calibration as its quality assurance in our country has not yet formed a unified technical standards. To solve this problem, we developed a set of partial discharge ultrasonic sensor, calibration system. The main work of this paper are:1. An in-depth analysis of the mechanism of ultrasonic partial discharge, on this basis, based on acoustic theory to study the spectral characteristics of the ultrasonic signal propagation and the aperture effect. Analysis of the circuit structure, and performance of a variety of domestic and foreign ultrasonic sensor.2. The technical performance index of the partial discharge ultrasonic sensor in this design, selecting the data acquisition card, signal generation card; designing the signal amplifier circuit, filter circuit, power drive circuit completed the hardware design of partial discharge ultrasonic sensor calibration system.3. To complete the signal acquisition card call, through the analysis of the DMA data acquisition mode, compiling the data acquisition software; generate the software of arbitrary waveform, data acquisition and waveform; Integrated data acquisition and waveform generation, designing amplitude frequency characteristics of the test software and software testing the degree of linearity. And completed the system software.4.
