Research On The Seriousness And Affinity Based On The Ward Medical Product

In this paper, we concluded modern society’s perceptual demand for seriousness and affinity of the ward product modeling through a precise analysis of medical product’s current situation and demand. Combined with kansei engineering theory and professional research method, selected the ward product(drug delivery vehicle) as research samples, through the investigation of actual case analysis and used Factor Analysis Method of SPSS and other mathematical methods, we made a qualitative and quantitative analysis for the seriousness and affinity of the drug delivery vehicle, obtained the total cost of the perceptual cognition and the seriousness and affinity’s proportional relationship of the drug delivery vehicle. Through comparative analysis, and obtained the best ratio of seriousness and affinity when perceptual experience was in the best condition, we provide reference for the future’s ward product design when considering the ratio of seriousness and affinity.Based on the analysis of the ward product design elements(including function, process, material, operation, ward form, color, user-friendly software interface and the overall environment “participation”). As well as the research of the best ratio of seriousness and affinity’s influence for appearance design, we built up a correlativity between modeling design factor and the seriousness as well as affinity of the product modeling, to provide the corresponding design techniques for modeling design based on seriousness and affinity.This paper presents the ward product modeling‘s seriousness and affinity with experience prospectively, and conducted quantitative analysis of the optimal proportion of the seriousness and affinity with receptor modeling experience used mathematical method, taking the correlativity of modeling design factor with seriousness and affinity as design method, carried out a design practice of the ward products(integrated management cabinet) and analysis of its perceptual experience.
