User Research And Analysis Of Electro-mobile Based On Kansei Engineering

From the beginning of21st century, automobile becomes more accessible to average person’s life under support of national policy, which brings great convenience to daily traffic. In the last few years, the continuous increase of vehicle makes it possible that even every family owns a car in first-tier cities of China. As a result, some frightful issues have occurred, such as the increasing traffic pressure, morning and night traffic jam, and severe environment pollution caused by vehicle exhaust. All of these lead to serious energy crisis of petroleum. So it can be an effective way to solve this problem by developing electro-mobile.The development of electro-mobile depends on car styling design at first. Styling design of China experiences booming driven by international design, especially for car styling design. Progress of styling software raises efficiency, reduces design cycle and enhances design accuracy, from hand drawing styling of90s, computer hand-drawing styling during early stage of new century to computer aided design styling now.This paper studies on current situation of fuel vehicle of our country, and surveys on well-known electro-mobile of auto manufacturers home and abroad to summarize their Strengths and Weaknesses in current style. Then development direction of electro-mobile of China will be discussed from the customer survey, the kansei engineering, the design factor of electro-mobile, etc. Preliminary styling proposal can be attained by combination of hand drawing and drawing software. Primary process of styling design shall combine with marker demand and join popular elements on the premise of keeping automobile performance. The application of computer drawing software can take out the aspects not satisfiable by manufacturing and combine design and virtual production. It further completes realization of styling design of electro mobile, and lays a solid foundation of mass production.
