This topic data were obtained by consult the relevant documents, field investigation, experimental analysis and simulation method, based on water quality analysis technology, DEM technology, GIS technology and other technical disciplines cross brace. On the status of water research. To establish a scientific water quality analysis experiment method; the water quality analysis experiment, type and degree of pollution can be obtained more water quality of pesticide pollution, analysis on distribution characteristics of water source pesticide non-point source pollution, the quantitative determination of pesticide non-point source pollution load, On the basis of the detection data, select one source as a model, the rainfall runoff, soil conditions, land use type, type of pesticide, mountain slopes and other factors, model construction, simulation of pollutant migration and the changes of spatial distribution of pollutants, pollutant identification key control area. The specific contents are as follows:(1) The research status are based on related data collection and pesticide technical in Guizhou Province, studies the centralized drinking water sources, water supply and water purification process, water environment of rivers and cities(state), land use types, pesticide product sales and use technology and other related content. To determine the main indicators of pesticide non-point source pollution sources and targets in Guizhou province.(2)This methods while selecting optimization tests and establishing a new method for the detection of pesticide residues in a variety of water environment. Glyphosate pesticide indicators by ion chromatography detection analysis method chlorpyrifos indicators by gas chromatography, gas chromatography/ mass Pulian technique(GC/MS) and organochlorine pesticides in water samples. Most of the pesticides the average recoveries of 70.78%-103%, the relative standard deviation of <13.4%.When the concentration of their linear range, standard curve correlation coefficient R is between 0.9951~0.9999 that has a good correlation; the method has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, high sensitivity, quick of detection for the residues determination in Minor- polluted water in Guizhou province.(3) Mainly HCHs, Cypermethrin, chlorothalonil, Triadimefon, procymidone pesticide concentration of were found in water of Guiyang City, pesticide concentration are between 0.011 g/L~193.046 g/L. In space, Hongfeng Lake pollution type, pollution pesticide amount is maximum, followed by the Aha Lake and Baihua Lake, Songbaishan reservoir and Huaxi reservoir was the least. In time, the overall pollution concentration, the in low water period(Dec, Jan)< plentiful water period(Aug, Sep) <in low water period(Mar, Apr).(4) Using RS and GIS technology in Hongfeng Lake as case study, combined with the analysis of DEM and TM remote sensing images by ArcGIS software, elevation, slope, soil, cover plants and other relevant information, the Hongfeng Lake is divided into 4 small watershed, through the establishment of water quality response model, identify the key pollution control areas, results showed that, a> d>b >c in a small watershed, Taohuayuan river area a basin area of cultivated land, >20%, wide slope erosion degree high, rainfall runoff has a great influence on the small watershed non-point source pollution level of pesticide.
