Prestressed concrete is a very important material in structural engineering, which played a very important role in the modernization drive. With the improvement of prestressed technology, which limiting the development of prestressed concrete algorithm is no longer tensioned prestressed algorithm but imperfect control system.The control system existing are manual control system, PLC control system and PC control system. The Manual control programs mainly depends on experience tension, which is an open-loop control system can not guarantee prestressed tension of precision and accuracy. PLC control system can achieve the accurate collection of information, automatic tensioning, but tensioned prestressed machine has larger equipment, higher cost, and more difficult to achieve wireless communications. Prestressing system needs to be installed on a PC tensioning machine control system software, and its needs communicate with lower machine. The Data transfer cycle becomes longer, which increasing the possibility of data errors.This paper presents a prestressed tension control system based on embedded system. The Control system is based on embedded solutions with the use of pressure, displacement sensors acquire real-time pressure and elongation, solved the security and stability of the software process, ensure the accuracy of tension during interactive information. Control system uses wireless communication in ways that greatly improve the safety factor of construction personnel. Control system uses a DC motor control valve discharge opening of the load, the stepper motor to adjust the size of the oil pressure to control the amount of pressure jack, automated process increases tension efficiency. Control system is based on a query from the master-slave mode tensioning machine communication protocol program, you can achieve single-ended tension, double-end tension, so that the tensioning process more stable and flexible. Control system software is running on a Linux system which can achieve tensioning machine control, real-time display. On the basis of complete control of the control system to reduce unnecessary trouble, and reduce the system response time. Control system uses PID control algorithm to precisely control every tensioning process can be completed accurately specified tension indicators.
