Contactless power transfer without bare conductor is more reliable, convenient and safer. The contactless power transfer system can be used in the general environment of factory, also can be applied in some severe environment with flammable and explosive risk, but do not have to worry about spark risk. Compared with the method of slip ring, contactless power transfer has more advantages on the power supply of mechanical rotating equipment sensors and signal processing system. It shows that the research of a contactless low-power transfer with rotary type is necessary.According to the actual engineering demand, a rotary low-power transfer system with detachable transformer is designed. The system can transfer power from static supply equipment to rotary electrical equipment without conductor. The contactless transfer system uses the principle of electromagnetic induction coupling, and then transfers rectangular wave from the primary to the secondary of the detachable transformer.First of all, the equivalent circuit and magnetic circuit of disconnect-transformer is analyzed theoretically. Calculation of compensation capacitors of resonance circuit is derived. The other parameters of the disconnect-transformer are designed.Then, the topology of boosted circuit, full-bridge inverted circuit and output circuit is analyzed respectively. The stability of the feedback loop design is deduced in detail.Finally, the hardware system is designed and installed to the experimental platform with disconnect-transformer. The contactless power transfer system is debugged and operated, and is improved according to experiment result in the system. Rotary low-power power transfer system with detachable transformer prototype is completed.In this dissertation, rotary low-power transfer system with detachable transformer is able to provide a stable voltage source of 12 V, and the maximum output power is about 5.0 W. The results meet the requirement of the original design.
