The core of downhole closed loop intelligent Rotary Steerable drilling system is Controllable Bias,which is made up of hydraulic cylinder drive and three equally distributed ribs of the non-rotating sleeve. At present, the differential pressure of circulating drilling mud is used as power source of Controllable Bias.Because the controlling force is limited by the pressure of drilling mud, the motor pump is used as power source in this paper.The power of the motor pump which is installed onto the non-rotating sleeve supply from the turbine generators which is installed onto the main shaft.Contactless Induction Power Transmission System was used to solve the problem of contactless power transfer during relative rotation in this paper.The Contactless Induction Power Transmission System is a new type of power transmission technology,providing power to the facility by inductive electromagnetic coupling. This paper based on the research results at home and abroad,with the purpose of applying Contactless Induction Power Transmission System to rotary steering drilling system.Contactless Induction Power Transmission System which includes high-frequency inverter circuit,detachable transformer,voltage regulation system,compensation circuit and other key components was made.This paper focus on making DC voltage regulation system and high-frequency inverter circuit, getting the factors which impact power transmission efficiency by using electromagnetism simulation of ANSYS and carrying out theoretical analysis of compensation circuit and power factor correction circuit.Finally, power transmission efficiency has been greatly improved by experimental verification.The stability of Contactless Induction Power Transmission System was studied and the power transmission efficiency was improved in this paper.It provides guidance for the engineering apply of using the motor pump as hydraulic power.
