Microporous of the valve port is the key to the gas mass flow meter, it requires high precision and quality,so it’s very difficult to process.Beijing Seven-star Qualiflow Electronic Co.LTD in processing materials for stainless steel valve port on 0.08 mm diameter pores,due to the process parameters selected are unreasonable and the limitations of corrosive knife instrument,the micro drill break severely,its production efficiency is low,and its cost is high.To improve the micro hole processing technology is an urgent need to solve practical production problem for the enterprise.Based on the micro hole drilling micro drill high broken rate and the problem of low efficiency of drilling, analyses the causes of micro drill break.On the basis of the orthogonal test method of cutting tool geometry parameter is optimized,at the same time with the highest productivity as the objective function of cutting parameters are optimized.Finally design the assisted knife fixture.Through the above process improvement, reduce the cutter broken rate and increase the drilling efficiency, mainly includes the following contents.(1) Analyzing the cause of broken:When using a statics analysis on the stress of micro drill stress distribution,concluding that stress mutation of micro drill site.Through the theoretical calculation of micro drill under the ideal state of broken reasons.Choose break micro drill cross section in the process of production, combining the theory of metal fracture micro drill of the main causes of broken.(2) Cutting tool geometry parameter optimization:Based on the main reasons for the fracture of micro drill under the different parameters on the stiffness of the finite element analysis.The influence of various parameters on the micro drill stiffness obtained by the orthogonal experiment, selecting the optimal geometric parameters combination.(3) Tool cutting parameter optimization: by using DEFORM-3D obtained cutting force under different cutting parameters, regression analysis was carried out on the cutting parameters and obtain the experience formula of the drilling force and carries on the analysis of the significance and accuracy; at the highest productivity as the optimization goal, the cutting parameters are optimized.(4) Designing auxiliary to the knife tools:in order to achieve the knife precision and mechanical design target, design the auxiliary to the knife tools,and its accuracy and stress is analyzed.The result of the process improvement has been partly applied to the processing valve port 0.08 mm of pores in the actual production, has received the good economic effect. At the same time, this work in stainless steel microporous processing technology research also has certain reference significance.
