Research On Project Quality Management Of The Old Third Steelmaking Plant In Handan Steel Corp

The project management of engineering projects is an important part of the project. The core content of management thought is according to the method based on activity to do a good job of identify and control all project life cycle. Among them the quality problem of engineering project management is the top priority. Construction project development very rapidly in recent years in our country, but in the process of rapid development has also exposed some engineering quality problems,this requires that we must pay more attention to the quality control of the project research, to reduce the quality accidents.Firstly, this paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign scholars in the academic viewpoint and the conclusion, combined with the engineering project quality and schedule management theory, introduces the research background of the engineering project management at home and abroad, as well as for engineering project management system.Secondly, in the old third steelmaking plant in Handan steel crop as the research object, this paper expounds the present situation of quality management of the project, on the basis of summarizing existing quality management in the old third steelmaking plant in Handan steel crop, and the reasons of existing problems.Thirdly, in view of the problems summarized, respectively, through in-depth analysis of quality, technology and other aspects of management system, further put forward the quality which is related to the quality management of the planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement and other issues.Finally, on the basis of management method is presented to further improve the management measures of Handan Iron and steel three steel project qualities. Combined with the practical problems occurred in the process of project operation, in-depth analysis from the perspective of quality management and summarizes the solutions and measures, in order to improve the project management ability and level of our country’s current reference significances.
