Twenty-first Century is a high degree of modernization, information, convenient, the system of the society, along with our country city changes a course accelerate, our country city especially big city’s development will enter a period of the history of the fastest, the city space development will be faced with a huge adjustment. With the development of city construction, transportation and commercial construction also will face more severe challenges, especially with the big city Chinese for transportation construction and development to upgrade, has started construction of underground rail transit, "Metro" will enter the big city more to improve the current situation of heavy traffic, subway brings a lot of changes, such as changes to the life of people, vehicles, change travel mode, lifestyle changes, changes in the way of shopping and so on. In the commercial development of increasingly prosperous today, the subway has not only meet the needs of people’s daily travel travel demand, and it will also promote the surrounding commercial development, but also the commercial space in that inside the subway station, so that people have more convenient business experience. In order to achieve this goal, many big city subway construction has also built a number of underground commercial space projects such as subway and underground commercial street interlinked.In this paper, through the analysis and research of the internal structure and the metro transfer hub site business model, according to the different areas of subway station surrounding geographical situation, analysis of the three major metro business model: commercial pedestrian and commercial retail business, the underground complex. And then summed up the three modes of subway station layout method and the convergence of the corresponding, finally lists the basic principles and steps of the design of the underground commercial space. On this basis, this paper also combines the relevant theoretical basis, as well as some foreign successful cases, put forward some relevant suggestions for the development of the business in china.
