The reliability theory into the project design, construction and operations is an inevitable trend of the development of domestic and international engineering structure. Relying on HuaHui Bridge project in CongHua;the reliability theory is applied to the bridge construction monitoring process.At the same time, author study the reliability of flowers bridge by combining with field data, the specific contents are as follows:1、By collecting concrete bulk density, compressive strength and rebound data, analyze the probability distribution2、By collecting stress data target sections and tensile data in the tension around, Determine the effective prestress in the prestressing strand,then, obtaining the probability distribution function of effective prestress deviation.3、According to the date which is collected in HuaHui Bridge, This paper analyzes the construction resistance of HuaHui bridge and load effect as well as establishes a PC continuous box girder construction largest cantilever bridge carrying capacity limits of probability models resistance and load probability model.4\Analyze the calculation model, the compressive strength of concrete, steel strength, dead load, live load of construction impact on the reliability index. The results shows that the greatest impact on the reliability index for the random variable calculation mode and concrete compressive strength, secondly for dead load and reinforced strength; and construction live load almost no effect on the structure of reliable indicators.5、Study the compressive strength of concrete, dead load, live load of construction, effective prestress impact on the reliability index, The results show that under the concrete compressive failure mode of a reliable indicator of the structure is slightly larger than the target reliability index, Structure in this failure mode is safe. While the greatest impact of the failure mode is the compressive strength of concrete, followed by effective prestressing and bulk density.
