The technology of LID(Low impact development) is a maintenance facilities which can through the small easy construction and low cost to realize the non-point source pollution control, peak flow reduction, maintain the function of landscape ecology and conservation of water and soil.In this paper, through the methods of literature research, empirical research and comparative, logical thinking research, the theoretical research and practical application design to combine. By analysis of the development of the theory and technology of LID, summarizes the main form, function, structure, LID technology. At the same time, analyzes the application of LID technology and the LID combination form of the domestic and foreign various city.Through the network and on-site investigation, starting from the Jiashan local conditions and the necessity of development, were investigated based on the application of LID technology in Jiashan Urban Park, at the same time, the study and application of LID technology in the present stage in Jiashan Urban Park, are analyzed and compared from the penetration rate, specifications, performance and the surrounding city case, found LID technology facing problems in Jiashan Urban Park at present.In this paper, through the network and on-site investigation, starting from the Jiashan local conditions and the necessity of development, were investigated based on the application of LID technology in Jiashan Urban park. At the same time, the study and application of LID technology in the present stage in Jiashan Urban Park, are analyzed and compared the case from the penetration rate, specifications, performance between the surrounding cities in order to find the LID technology facing problems in Jiashan Urban y Park.Finally, the government should make the application of professional and technical personnel concerned of LID technology, from the government’s policy guidance, improve the legal system, strengthen the encouragement system, set up professional guidelines, training technical personnel and increase the propaganda dynamics, application of LID technology in Jiashan advocate city park green space suit one’s measures to local conditions.
