Study On External Thermal Insulation System Of In-situ Large-formwork-interior-placing With Steel Wire Frame And EPS Insulation Board

In recent years, as the country pays more attention to building energy conservation, coupled with the external wall thermal insulation which is an important part of building energy saving, so a variety of exterior wall thermal insulation material and methods rose in response to the proper time and conditions. At present in our country, the construction industry is increasingly developed and has formed a number of technically perfect external wall insulation system, but a part of the external wall insulation technology has defects, resulting in external wall insulation system having a lot of quality problems, serious impacting on the energy saving effect.My thesis investigates, surveys, classifies and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of external wall in the aspect of materials, fire resistance, devise, energy saving design practices, using Teachers Apartment in Weiyang Campus in Xi’an Medical University as an example, stressing the construction of external thermal insulation system of in-situLarge-formwork-interior-placing with steel wire frame and EPS insulation board. The system refers to putting insulation board directly into the template, embedding plug bolt and fixing steel, and pouring concrete in the main body of the construction progress, thus ensuring the insulation layer and the concrete of the main structure of the construction one time molding. This system is one of the external wall insulation technology which the Ministry of Construction promotes. The system makes full use of the excellent thermal insulation properties of insulation board, and flexible anti-cracking ability of outer-wall external thermal insulation facing system, having good weather resistance and wind resistance performance. Using this technology can significantly improve the thermal bonding force between slab and base, adhesive force between exterior wall tile and insulation board, reduce the operation intensity of construction, reduce the impact of the external environment on the exterior insulation construction quality in significant savings in time and cost,The system in accordance with the Ministry of construction of the external wall insulation technology requirements, has the very good application value.In tracking the whole process of construction, we found that there are a lot of quality problems which easily occur in the construction process. Through analysis and research, we put forward specific solution on the basis of the engineering characteristics and the traditional internal large formwork construction technology, expecting the technical promotion value and the prospect at last.
