| Semi-rigid base was widely used in highway in our country because of high early strength, large carrying capacity, with advantages of excellent performance, wide material sources. But it also exposed the problems that the crack defect was more serious.in the engineering application. Along with our country compaction machinery and technology progress,the heavy compaction test method and static pressure molding were not adapted to the current working condition of roller compaction test method,and lost the role for guiding the construction.The technical properties of raw material were tested,through the study of skeleton dense type cement stabilized macadam vibration test, the reasonable vibration parameters combination was proposed,and operating frequency was 30 HZ, nominal amplitude was 1.3mm, exciting force was 7.6KN, Counter weight combination were S4X6.Through the stage filled test method, identified the best blending three coarse aggregate ratio was 14:21:15. Used the method of I to carry on the fine aggregate gradation design, determined I was 0.65 when the density was biggest. Through compressive strength tests to determine aggregate total aggregate percentage was 29.4%.And put forward content standards of maximum dry density and optimum moisture of the cement stable macadam mixture determinationDid performance test on multilevel cement stable macadam mixture, forming method had significant effects on compressive strength and splitting strength of the specimens,compressive strength and splitting strength of vibration molding specimens were 1.54 ~ 1.88 times and 1.54 ~ 1.82 times to static pressure molding specimens, anti- presses the modulus of resilience of vibration molding specimens were 1.49 ~ 1.61 times to static pressure molding specimens, coefficient of shrinkage of vibration molding specimens were 0.84 ~ 0.88 times to static pressure molding specimens. Cleavage strength antifreeze index was smaller than compression index of frost resistance by 1.5% ~ 2.4%,vibration molding pressure index of frost resistance of the specimens and cleavage strength index of frost resistance was greater than static pressure molding specimens of 6.7% ~ 7.3%. Vibration molding scour mass loss of the specimens was smaller than static pressure molding specimens of 0.31% ~ 0.32%. and when vibration molding was adopted, multilevel cement stabilized macadam with better performance than the standard median gradation cement stabilized gravel.Based on laboratory test results, for the study of real engineering application, put forward the suitable for the skeleton dense type cement stabilized gravel construction process. |
