| Based on the research of the development history, present situation, structure and working principle of the milling machine domestic and foreign,combined with practical work, the paper determines the main technical parameters of XM120 F milling machine, and put forward the design requirements of the main parts of the machine. Design the XM120 F milling machine feeding, walking, turning, auxiliary hydraulic system. Complete the matching and selection of parameters of gear reducer, pump, motor, hydraulic cylinder and other key transmission parts, and the power matching and calibration. Study on the number and arrangement of the cutter head milling drum. Obtained the structure parameters and working parameters of the XM120 F milling machine milling drum, check the milling force milling drum and driving torque.Research on the location of the center of gravity of XM120 F milling machine and the position of the center of gravity transfer characteristics under typical working conditions. The reasonable distribution of the weight parameter is determined. Complete the stability check. Based on the research results of this paper, XM120 F milling machine prototype is developed. Industrial test and type test show that the technical parameters of the machine meet the design expectations, verify the feasibility of the research results. |
