In the process of old bridge maintenance, the construction load′s change and the temperature′s change,the structure system′s adjustment all can affect the original structure′s linear and internal force and influence the the construction quality of casting components, aggravate the original bridge diseases, sometimes may endanger bridge safety. In order to ensure the construction safety and eventually reach the ideal state of design, it is necessary to adjust the construction monitoring instruction in time through the construction monitoring and analysis of whole process.The article combines with the reinforcement construction′s whole process of a prestressed concrete t-shaped rigid frame bridge and carries out research on concrete bridge reinforcement construction monitoring technology.A T-shape rigid frame bridge with hanging beam have diseases of cantilever end′s large deflection,box girder′s local crack,the bridge deck′s damagement due to the serious overload phenomenon and the natural conditions′s change.These diseases seriously affect the bridge′s normal use function.The technology status quo decide to adopt short tower cable-stayed system reinforcement method to reinforce.Each T-shape rigid frame adopts T-shape rigid frame bridge to reinforce,increase the pier′s cross section size,the carbon fiber cloth′s stickup for the crevice,the bridge deck pavement′s repouring.In order to make the internal force and linear of completed bridge state to meet reinforcing design requirement,the article applies the bridge dedicated software to analyze the actual stress state of old bridge.It simulate and analyze the stress and deformation which been produced in the old bridge completion state and under the influence of shrinkage and creep.On this basis through decorate corresponding sensors in the key position of each control section and the coMParision and analysis of the measured data and the theoretical data and relative regulations can make the whole process in the controlling scope,so it can ensure the structure construction safety and quality.At last according to co MParing the load test data of before-reinforcement to afterreinforcement,it shows that the strength and stiffness of the bridge have greatly been improved and the reinforcement design effect is very good.
