Research On Low-carbon Traffic City Evaluation Index Measuring Method And Construction Scheme

With the rapid development of cars, carbon emissions from the transport sector accounts for an increasing proportion of total carbon emissions. Countries have to reduce carbon emissions in the transport sector as a priority. Improve our existing transportation statistical reporting system, using TransCAD software calculated the portion data that can’t obtain directly. Described questionnaire indicators design method for questionnaire category, sample size confirmation, online reporting, etc. Establishment of low-carbon transport urban performance measurement systems basis on road transport statistical information system, collaborative management of public transport system and travel information online reporting system.Finally, classified compact urban development, optimizing travel structure, promotion of new energy and new technology, improve the level of intelligent management of four aspects, for the focus and emphasis in various evaluation index of low-carbon urban transportation construction. Reduce carbon emissions from the space, travel mode, new technology and management, to discuss construction scheme of the city’s low-carbon transport.
