With the rapid development of human society, the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems have also begun into the line of sight of people.In order to deal with these two problems, the hydraulic hybrid technology is researched by scholars.Hydraulic hybrid wheel loader has the characteristics of simple structure, high power density, low cost, and high energy conversion speed, which can fully meet the requirements of the contemporary society. Hydraulic energy regeneration system has the characteristics of recycling system redundancy and improving energy utilization, which is urgently need to improve the tension energy provision and highly demand for environmental improvement current situation.This paper points out the research background and significance of hydraulic hybrid system, concisely expounds the concept and structure of the hydraulic hybrid technology.The hydraulic hybrid system parameters matching method is proposed as one of the key problems.Then, the research thought and framework are established.The importance of the parameter matching problem is pointed out,which is based on the specific design,the energy analysis, the working pattern analysis of transmission system and the energy recovery system of parallel hydraulic hybrid system.On the basis of the characteristics analysis and the mathematical model of the key components, the system component parameters and the working characteristic of component models is determined. thus in order to clear the parameters matching the specific content and the optimization goal. Analyze the performance of the constraint between the vehicle and parts to get specific constraints,finally to get the optimized simulation results.Through the comparison and analysis of the results,verify the superiority of the multi-objective optimization algorithm.This article summarizes the parameters matching method of hydraulic hybrid loader,which plays a guiding role. In this paper, the transmission system model and the hydraulic model of regenerative braking energy system of the parallel hydraulic hybrid wheel loader is established by using AMESim software.According to the braking condition, the simulation analysis of the effect on the properties of dynamic characteristic by changing the parameters of hydraulic components in the system.The research results is advantageous to optimize of the hydraulic hybrid wheel loader vehicle in the study and design stage.That can not only be able to meet the dynamic performance but also reduce the hundred kilometers fuel consumption of the wheel loader vehicle, which is of great significance.
