The Research Of Simulation Test System For Construction Mechanical Traction Performance

The traction performance of construction machinery directly affects the production efficiency of the machine, it’s the most basic and important usability for construction machinery.In this paper, based on construction machinery traction performance test,through the traction performance calculation and analysis,construction mechanical traction performance simulation test was built, and give a simulation experiment for the simulation model.Content mainly includes the follows several aspects:1.Analyzing and optimizing traction performance of the construction machinery on the basis of the above theory. Based on the theory of construction mechanical traction balance and traction power balance, we can analyze and calculate the traction performance of the construction machinery and build a mathematical model of the machine. We can also get the analytical methods about construction mechanical traction characteristics and dynamic characteristics.2.On the basis of the construction mechanical traction performance field test, and Flash CS5.5 as development tool, establishing animation about the test of construction mechanical traction performance. With the visual programming software — — VB as the main development tool to create construction mechanical traction performance simulation test system. System using the ability of VB can be compatible with other software, Calling different software to realize the function of construction mechanical traction performance calculation and analysis, traction performance test animation demo, traction performance simulation test and save related data, graphics, video, animation.3.Based on Zl50 loader as the research example, the loader assembly model is set up after the simplification of parts, then define characteristic parameters for model in ADAMS,according to different traction performance test environment characteristics define the tires and the road surface file, finally define the load and constraint, establish the simulation model of traction performance test.4.Detailed introduces the simulation test module of the system. The constructionmechanical virtual prototype model was established based on ADAMS/View, the simulation study on the construction machinery has been done under different load types and different road conditions. Analyzing the curve of effective traction, effective traction power, speed characteristic and other traction performance parameters, getting the dynamic performance of the machine under different working conditions.Finally, a complete set of construction mechanical traction performance simulation test system is formed, through the above research.
