Hydraulic transmission and control is the core of the construction machinerytechnology, with the degree of integration, intelligent engineering machinery hydraulicsystem, hydraulic equipment structure and transmit the information interaction in theprocess of more and more complex, stability and reliability of the system operation iswidely concerned. Engineering machinery due to the complicated working environment,the hydraulic system must have high dynamic performance to adapt to the complexity ofthe load, if can to extraction of typical working condition characteristics of engineeringmachinery, engineering machinery operation process can carry on the computersimulation in the laboratory environment, to shorten the development cycle and cost, theresearch of stability and reliability of hydraulic system has important significance.Therefore, this article the dynamics problems for engineering machinery workingcondition of typical simulation experiment device to carry out the following research.On the analysis of the early stage of the research development of constructionmachinery working condition of typical computer simulation test system based on thecomposition and working principle, flow continuity equation and pressure balanceequation is used to establish the mathematical model of plunger pump variablemechanism and its transfer function. Then using software AMESim simulation model isestablished, and the factors of influencing the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulicsystem has carried on the simulation analysis, according to the load spectrum in theprocess of engineering machinery operation common form, the complex load is decomposed into three simple condition, to analyze the influence law of load on thesystem dynamic characteristics, concluded that reflect the system dynamiccharacteristics of the motor speed and the pressure change process. Finally, withhydraulic frequency control of motor speed and the theoretical basis of electro-hydraulicproportional control, introduction of PID controller, the simulation results of PIDcontrol system and not add PID controller of the system, the simulation results wereanalyzed. On this basis, add accumulator in hydraulic system have been proposed toimprove the dynamic characteristics of the solution, and the effectiveness of thesimulation analysis of the scheme.
