The Main Pumping System Optimization Design Of Hydraulic Refractory Material Wet Spraying Machine

Wet spraying machine is widely used in recent years,pouring construction of monolithic refractory construction methods is a priority when it comes to widely used in industrial high temperature furnace lining construction, which become a new development direction of the wet spraying machine. As the conveying of power system in a refractory material wet spraying machine, the hydraulic system’s correct and reasonable design not only has a great influence on the sprayed quality of refractory material wet spraying machine, but also is crucial for refractory wet spraying machine working safety and reliability.By analyze and compare the pumping process and S tube valve reversing process of refractory material of wet-spray machine, we concluded that refractory material wet spraying machine reversing system must achieve S pipe of reversing movement in a very short period of time, but it can cause hydraulic impact, that is, the root cause of hydraulic shock is pumping speed and the reversing time don’t match. System of hydraulic shock not only the noise, vibration, and it will reduce the service life of refractory material wet spraying machine. So, we must find ways to reduce the hydraulic shock on the hydraulic shock. In this article, not only several kind of hydraulic shock cushioning devices are introduced, but also the feasibility of the buffer device is analyzed. Then using AMEsim software established the refractory material of wet spraying machine main pumping system and distribution system model, find and put forward to some measures through the simulation analysis of the problem, and then compare system adding accumulator, hose and change the reversing time impact on the simulation results. Finally reasonably design the fuel tank of the refractory material wet spraying machine hydraulic system, and introduce the selecting methods of the cooler.
